Anthony Cuschieri

Tony Cuschieri oversees all our projects, paying particular attention to their design approach, content, adherence to cost control, quality control, codes, and scheduling.

Tony's area of experience is quite varied, from Master Planning large complex medical campuses, amusement parks, plus regional and city parks and public gardens, to new facilities and remodels for hospitals, medical office buildings, warehouse and retail buildings, including parking structures. He has developed an excellent rapport with the State Regulatory officials and their local regularity counterpart agencies. Tony is familiar with the various City and State zoning and code processes and procedures, and is often able to negotiate an expedited review due to his experience in front end project design.

With 35 years of experience, Mr. Cuschieri was a principal with Sugimura & Associates for sixteen years before establishing Cuschieri Horton Architects in 1999.
